36. Sustainability. For Sustainable Adoption programs: Please indicate whether and how the project will be sustained beyond the funding period. Also discuss how the projected increases in broadband adoption rates will be sustained beyond the grant period. For Public Computer Center programs: Explain how your project will enable your centers to sustain themselves, providing ongoing services and maintaining community support beyond the scope of this grant. ACS would like to arrange with AHA and Reid, Burton centers to have a set of programs to teach existing staff how to assist at-risk students (or any students) in being successful in academics and related skills. We want to co-develop this program and put it in a format that can be replicated with new staff or used as a refresher. For the term of the grant we can provide certified teachers to work with each center: to explain, model, assist center staff members in helping students and their parents.
